  • Service Quotes: All service quotes provided are estimates based on the information available at the time. Final pricing may vary depending on the actual scope of work.
  • Payment Methods: We accept payment by credit card, debit card, or bank transfer. Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
  • Late Payments: Late payments may incur additional fees. If payment is not received within 30 days of the service date, we reserve the right to charge interest on the outstanding amount at the rate of 1.5% per month or the maximum rate allowed by law, whichever is higher.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Cancellation Policy: We require at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service cost.
  • Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your request based on availability.

5. Service Guarantee

At Pressure Washing Gilbert, we stand by the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us within 24 hours of the service completion. We will make every effort to address your concerns and, if necessary, re-perform the service to meet your expectations. However, we do not guarantee that all stains, marks, or imperfections can be removed, as some may be permanent or beyond the capabilities of pressure washing.

6. Limitation of Liability

While we take every precaution to ensure that our services are delivered safely and effectively, Pressure Washing Gilbert is not liable for any damage that may occur as a result of pressure washing services, including but not limited to:

  • Damage to delicate surfaces such as windows, siding, or wood
  • Pre-existing damage or deterioration that becomes more apparent after cleaning
  • Landscaping damage or water intrusion
